Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Respectful staff.

Positive: Staff was amazing. Went out of their way to accomadate our group. Negative: Broken windows, broken mirrors in our rooms. We reserved a queen bed and got a double

Tub valve doesn't work
Tub will not drain
Maintenance poured draino into the tub and left Tub is still blocked

First off I would say the front desk ladies were sweet an pleasant. My issue that I had was my tub leaked water everywhere we had to use towels in and outside if the bathroom. I was told maintenance would come and never showed. The door was horribly loud the toilet was very loose I had hair on my sheets. I don’t know what happened or who took over but I’ve never had that type of experienced. This was always my go to for my children and I. I would not be returning

The Breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was dirty, there was tissue and toilet paper left in the trash come from the previous person, an article of clothing left and a bug crawling around

I told the Front Desk about the Keurig not working, and problems with the shower. They did not offer to take any percentage off the bill for the necessities not working in proper condition. Frustrating, but overall the hotel has OK. Might stay at another IHG property since they didn't seem to "care" as much.

No pool ????????
