There's a reason these two have the reviews they do, and I'm happy to contribute.

I was a first-time buyer, and my friends recommended the agents who sold them their first home as well. I'm so grateful for the recommendation...I can't imagine a better experience than the one I had with Scott and Janice. They just made all the right moves at every step of the way.

They're not only consummate professionals and experts at their craft, but what so unique about them is that they're also real human beings. They filled me with industry knowledge, gave me sage advice at all turns, and put zero pressure on me throughout-always making sure I was looking at things from all angles and helping me reconcile hopes, doubts and fears. When we finally entered escrow, they were total pros. They kept me out in front of everything, went to bat for me when they needed to, and managed the relationship with the selling agent and sellers perfectly.

These two are the best.

Mark Mendez is a master of his craft and an all around great person. He helped my family purchase a great place in the Westside the middle of a really tight sellers market. We got the place due to Mark's skill and knowledge, not by simply having the biggest budget. He knows his stuff, but is also in tune with understanding emotions as you go through the process. He is eager to educate and support his clients during what is typically a stressful time.

There were some very big bumps in the road during my purchase, and Mark went so far beyond his role to help out and be involved. Any other agent would have washed their hands and said "that isn't my issue."

There are so many things to consider when buying or selling a home, and I will always have Mark in my corner. You will not be disappointed to have him in yours as well.

Professional, responsive, knowledgable. Those are three key words I'd use to describe Mark, a member of the team with whom I worked. Mark knows the home buying process inside out, and was an invaluable source of answers and recommendations throughout the entire process from setting-up open houses through to closing. Largely due to his expertise, we had a smooth, easy purchase while navigating a crazy seller's market. As first-time homebuyers, he helped guide us through things we didn't even know would come up. He's also a really nice guy. Highly recommended.

Scott deserves your business and you should absolutely give him a call if you are looking to begin your home buying process. I only interacted with Scott but based on his service and attitude alone, I can assure you that the rest of the staff at Price + Hou are likely just as caring and helpful.

Unfortunately we made the mistake of beginning our home buying process without Scott and he was no longer allowed to participate in the deal we had already initiated. Despite the situation Scott tried to help us as much as possible and walked us through all of our options. Even though he was unable to represent us he was still able to greatly alleviate the stress and anxiety around our situation. He is a caring individual and I will definitely be recommending his services to friends and family.

All I can say is that if I could do it all over again I would 100% have wanted Scott to be involved and wished I had called sooner. Don't make the mistake I did and give Scott at Price + Hou a call!

Best agent ever. This was our second real estate transaction with Scott. Amazing customer service, excellent knowledge of the market. Always willing to go above and beyond to handle whatever is needed.
We went through the offer process numerous times, Scott always had a great positive attitude. Just really took a stressful environment and created a peaceful methodical process. We found the perfect place and Scott was a big reason we were able to close on it.
You are just not going to find a better agent.

We love Scott & Janice. Though technically Scott has been our agent for a home purchase 4 years ago and its subsequent sale last month, Janice is a great partner in which they tag-team efficiently. Scott understands the market and makes his strategic recommendations based on expertise, but also listened to us and still took our lead. Great communication overall, and he has great rapport with the other agents. We took advantage of the Compass Concierge service which was helpful in paying for quick renovation costs. Would use again and highly recommend.

We reached out to Janice and Scott via a work referral, we wanted to sell our West LA house and fast. Janice promptly returned my email and got an in person meeting set up. Prior to our first meeting she sent over comps from the neighborhood, context about the current market and what services their team offered. We met them, and signed the contract the same day.. Janice had a handyman and staging crew out in a few days, recommended what needed to be repaired and if replacement was necessary what we should buy based on current trends. We moved out of state prior to the house selling and they handled everything for us onsite and kept us in the loop of all the on-goings. Once the house was listed Scott partnered heavily with us and made recommendations for how long to keep the house open, when to request offers, countering, contracts and everything. It was just so easy for us as sellers and that was all do to Scott and Janice's attentiveness, knowledge, and professionalism. Before the house was even sold we had recommended Price + Hou to friends. Maybe by the time we need to sell our current house in the pacific northwest they will have expanded to our market :).

My wife and I had the privilege of getting to work with Janice on our recent house hunt for our family of four. Being from from out of state and buying for the first time in California, contending with the incredible demand of the current real estate market, and navigating the property types, areas, etc that made the most sense for us felt like a tall order. But Janice was so incredibly patient, available, willing to give her opinion, and so incredibly knowledgeable about basically everything that I can truly say it was one of the best professional experiences I've ever had. Janice truly knows her stuff and is not afraid to go to bat for her clients. She was able to get us the best possible price while still being very competitive in our offers, she helped secure us additional credits from the seller through inspection, she constantly had our back at every turn, and I felt like she truly was an expert in her field as I experienced through every stage of the process. I'll also say that her partner Scott was amazing as well, stepping into help with some last minute surprises during closing, while Janice was out of town. They are a fantastic team. So amazing to be able to have both of them, and it's so evident that they both have an incredible passion for what they do. Both are investors themselves, who both live in Westside LA. Thank you Janice! We love you, and Scott, both! We appreciate so much all of the hand holding, deal making, understanding of our issues and concerns, and just for being the perfect agent for our house hunt. Would do it all over again in a second.

I've bought and sold a house with Janice and she has been nothing but amazing. Janice is excessively patient, answering numerous questions and guiding me through both the buy and sale process. Her partner Scott is equally great, as he quick to resolve and smooth out the bumps during the process. They are always looking for ways to ensure I was satisfied, were constantly available and responsive, and were generous with their time. For example, we were unsure if we should sell our house and subsequently buy. Over the course of 6 months, Janice visited our house multiple times, showed us multiple properties even though we weren't ready to buy, and gave us advice about the state of the market until we decided to pull the trigger to sell. Highly recommended!
