Great dealership. Pulled in and Miguel met me at a new Crosstrek I was looking at. He was knowledgeable, friendly and most important not pushy. He went over the car with me and offered me a test drive. Got back to the dealership and went over my trade in and made a deal. Great dealership to deal with too bad they're 320 miles away from me. If you stop in ask for Miguel you know you'll be taken care off professionally.

Very friendly and professional people. Sales people were not pushy, but once I knew what I wanted to buy, they worked through the requisite negotiations quickly and although I spent more than I expected. I was surprised that they were willing to make a few concessions, given the current car sales environment. Follow up service is also impressive!

Jim and James took amazing care of me. My vehicle had 50k miles on it and I was just outside of my warranty. The mechanic working on my vehicle stated I needed a new engine. At 50k miles I was pretty upset because subarus are supposed to last 200k+. I had all my receipts for maintenance and oil changes so they could look through everything. Anyway they got in touch with me and told me for 1k dollars they will replace the engine mainly because they wanted to take the motor apart and find out what happened. I agreed, they ended up calling me and let me know my entire clutch and flywheel was in dire need of repair. So I asked them to install a new one for an extra 1k dollars. In a week they got my car back to me new engine, new turbo, new clutch and flywheel, basically everything under the hood of my car is brand new. I got a new car at 50k miles! I was going through a very rough time in life being a bartender and had alot of bad things happened at once in my life. They really stepped up and made me feel truly blessed. The customer service with subaru is truly astounding. Thank you to the entire subaru team you guys rock! I greatly appreciate you all going the extra mile for me and helping me getting my only reliable vehicle back up and running better than ever. Car doesn't even feel the same. It is a 2014 subaru wrx! Subaru for life because of this act of kindness besides all wheel drive is amazing in rough terrain and snowy conditions. Thank you JIM and JAMES. Have an amazing 2021

Recently bought a 2021 Subaru Outback from Horne Subaru. This was the least painful car buying experience I have ever had. It was actually a pleasant experience. Nick was our salesperson and he listened to everything we wanted and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Sales Manager Joe G. was instrumental in sealing the deal. Thank you to Horne Subaru and everyone that helped in this sale.

We have purchased many vehicles over the years and usually the sales men are shady or pushy that was not my experience Colton Wilson was our sales man and he did a great job even when a unforseen situation occurred he was able to get the problem resolved and made a great customer service situation. The finance guy was also very nice and happy to present us with the multiple options like gap, tire coverage, maintenance etc packages exactly how we wanted to configure the plan. The trade in value was fairly ok I have gotten better value from other dealerships in the area but when I am dealing with a new car not many options I was close to walking during the initial offer but we presevered and made a successful deal. We love the 2021 outback xt it is a great vehicle, let Colton know I sent ya maybe he will give me a referral lol ? no regrets. If I do have any I will update.

Traveled one hour to bring my eldarly parent's 2018 Outback failed battery with the vehicle registration to have it replaced under warranty. Service department said they needed the vehicle. This is absurd at best. Said to have it towed to them. I will encourage a Toyota purchase in the future.
