Fantastic. Beautiful setting. Smiling service. We couldn't ask for anything more than more time there

Very nice and clean hotel

Loved it! We had a great view of the river walk on the 3rd floor

Very helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, immediate access to the north river. About a 12-20 minute walk to most touristy spots downtow
n which is fine if the weather is good but part of our trip was during cold and rainy weather

If you are wanting to stay on the riverwalk, this is not the place. The first thing the receptionist told me was "we are at the end of the riverwalk so if u want to get anywhere, you still have to walk 20 min". The area is not very nice. The receptionist was also not welcoming. The rooms are small, they do not have central ac. The room smelled bad. Their parking lot is across the street, its tiny, and its out in the open. We had to park down the street which is an even uglier area. That area is supposed to be secured, buts literally an open space with no cover. I do not recommend this place at at all.

Was a nice place to stay right on the river walk. Was a 10 min walk from downtown but not a big deal as the view getting there was nice.

Once a great boutique hotel, now a bit run-down in serious need of renovation. Room on riverside has a fogged-up window and many fruit flies attacking our red wine glasses. Maintenance could not do much and was told it's their breeding season. Staff however is very helpful and accommodating. The performance art center across the river blasted jazz all night long and still playing as we are eating breakfast. Very annoying; we like jazz, but it is overkill!

Downhill since 4 years ago when we stayed here. Tattered and numerous things don't work. Less room amenities. Would give it a one but it's not quite that bad. Somewhere a little less than a two star hotel. I'm hoping for their sake that it picks up after the covid help problem improves.
