Hotel Indigo San Diego-Gaslamp Quarter

Lots of homeless people around the hotel. Can't even get a coffee without seeing a woman wash her privates. Hotel has bad customer service. Room is old and dusty with no microwaves. Cribs are metal and dangerous. Not baby friendly. Not clean. You're better off at a holiday inn

This hotel is amazing. It is very close to the Gaslamp Quarter and all the restaurants in that area. The rooftop bar is a great place for food and drinks if you don't want to leave the hotel. The front desk staff was fabulous. Very helpful and informative on what was available to me as a guest. The room was also very clean and uniquely decorated as Hotel Indigos are.

To be completely honest. This has been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I stayed there for two nights and I booked 1 king and I received two queens…after requesting for my desired pay bed size they stated "we can't give you a king bed because we are all booked." Also during our stay, we were brushing our teeth and we noticed that the water started spitting out black charcoal-like particles. I told the front desk lady about it and all she said was "aw that's not good sorry" After checking out and getting our car from the valet ($100 bucks later) and waited like an hour for it…we noticed we were charged $5 for a water bottle that we didn't even touch or drink at all. I'm very aware about sensors and how hotels use that to charge people when they grab something from the minibar…well we didn't even touch it so we called the front desk and they strongly claimed that we moved it but with an angry phone call we got our $5 back. Overall, place looked great but the customer service was horrible.

From the staff to the room to the location to the amenities, this hotel has got it all. 10/10 will be back in the near future.

Consiglieremo sicuramente L'hotel per le sue stanze fantastiche, letto enorme e bagno accogliente. La posizione è davvero ottima nel quartiere

Great rooftop patio on the Ninth floor of the Indigo Hotel in Downtown San Diego!
You don't have to be a guest to enjoy some dinner or just to grab a drink. Service is spot on and they are open 7 days a week for dinner!

Nice clean rooms and loved the wood floors. Very clean hobby. Quiet and relaxing lobby. Clean restaurant. Easy access. Beautiful view of petco stadium
