About Imperial Auto Body of DC

As Imperial Auto Body started setting the bar for the auto body repair industry, we decided to move into the Washington DC market. We opened our second location as Imperial Auto Body of DC. Our DC location caught on fast and the business is growing rapidly. We strive to accommodate all our customers in the tristate area.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! My poor new car was sideswiped while parked on the street (new as in 6 months--hadn't even had an oil change yet!) and I was devastated. Imperial Auto Body was one of the shops suggested by my insurance company and I saw it had 5 stars and was close to my house so I made an appointment. Dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday! I can't say enough good things about the employees I interacted with--Patricia, Diko and Luis were all wonderful and the communication I received from the shop was above and beyond. Both drop off and pick up were seamless and took maybe 20 minutes max. The facility is spotless, there is a nice seating area and coffee available. Now to the actual body work itself--absolutely immaculate! I think my jaw dropped in disbelief when I saw my car! They also took the time to clean and polish it until it was GLEAMING--it hasn't looked that good since I drove it off the dealership lot!
Overall excellent facility, people, and service!

Awesome experience, took my car for a partial theft repair and the service was completed the same week. Very professional and attentive staff. Would recommend to anyone in the DC area!

Imperial Auto did such a great job with repairing my vehicle after an accident. They were able to take my car in for repairs earlier than expected, and even finished the repairs on it earlier than they'd anticipated! I also appreciated that they kept me informed about their progress via email every step of the way. My car looks good as NEW!
