I was quoted for 2 rooms $50. per room plus $10. to dispose of the water. When they get to my home, the contract that is written is for a starting price of $250. again, for 2 rooms. When I told the guy that was not what I was quoted, he told that I was advised that the price was an estimate When I told him that was not the case, that I was not told it was an estimate, he said "yes it was, we listen to those conversations".

Came out and instead of it being what the coupon said it would be 100$ for deep clean, they said it would be 750$ if I wanted it done right. The carpet is less than 4 years old and no one lived in it much(as it was a second home) the coupon was bogus. Bait and switch is what they did. Then tried to get me to do the next service down which was 450$ for a primary bedroom! Manager never called me back when I called to complain. Don’t use them. Stanley Steamer came and did a beautiful job for 100$.

Justin did the talking upon arrival. We had 3 rugs cleaned.
I wish I had known this information before Integrity ChemDry arrived.

1-Across the top of the invoice is a description of services offered. Get familiar with your options.
2- know the sizes of your rugs. You are charged by the square foot. Justin measured a larger size on each rug.
3- know exactly what material your rugs consist of. We were charged for wool rug cleaning, which is 2x as expensive. I turned over the corner if the rug stating 100% polyester. Justin insisted he knew his rugs and the rug was absolutely wool. He started he has a "tester" to confirm. That tester was never used. When the corner content showed 100% polyester the price changed. So half the price, WRONG assumption. To keep the price up, Justin immediately increased the cleaning price of the 2nd rug by a 1.00 more per square foot after the cost had been written and quoted. Check Justin's math.
4- ask up front, if that is what you want, for a deep clean. Or here comes the upsell for more money. I was lead to believe that is what I was buying.
5- throw your coupon away. It has no value. Unless you want the "coupon clean", which was never offered or made clear what that is, unless you ask them to apply the coupon. Justin was aware of using a coupon (either from Integritychemdry.com or from a direct mail piece yet never applied coupon.
6- if any rug has fringe on the ends, take a before photo and ask if the fringe cleaning is included. Justin informed me, "it is not included". I told him I did not want the fringe cleaned. 1/4the if the fringe was destroyed on our rug.

When I called the office for a rug clean, it would have been very helpful to know to be fully prepared by having furniture moved prior to arrival. They were scheduled between 2pm and 6pm. They arrived 45 minutes earlier than scheduled at 1:15pm. Justin proceeded to scould us for not being prepared. That is how it started and went down hill from there. I hope you are able to get a straight answer out of him, I never did. Where does a young man learn such misleading selling tactics?

I called the Moreno Valley office that services Calimesa. I spoke to a wonderful gal named Jessica. She is so pleasant and helpful, loved talking to her as she scheduled my carpet cleaning appointment. The carpet cleaners came as scheduled. Their names are Justin and Tracey. They were so fun and professional. They explained each step of the cleaning process as they went along. Ask for them and schedule with Jessica, I can't see how anyone could no have a great experience with the all. Thank you Jessica, Justin and Tracy! I will ask for the 3 of you next time, until then....Marjorie

Phenomenal job, very effective and efficient. Customer service was exceptional and we are very happy with the quality and results. We would never imagine using anyone else in the future! Thanks again guys!
