So I drop my truck two days ago at 2 PM for alignment. The service desk told me that it’s going to be done that night or first thing in the morning.Report
I called Same night to check if it’s done and they said no which was OK because it was only a chance called again in the morning and they told me it’s next in line called again in the afternoon and still next in line called again in the evening and they said it’s next in line and now they start sound That’s what they want me. To cancel the service called again this morning and they said it’s next to line called again this noon and finally somebody said the truth, the alignment Bay being used for a complicated repair order and they cannot guarantee that it’s going to be done at any certain time all they can say that if there is a chance for it to be done, which is I believe is not true as soon as they tell me that I did take my truck out of the service lane and went somewhere else. This is the most unprofessional experience. I have a and dare them to say otherwise
