Dr. B and her staff are THE BEST! I’ve been going to Katy Trail Dental for almost 2 years. Always have a great experience…. Very professional and kind. I ignored my dental health for a long time and was so embarrassed about that, but they were very understanding and not judgmental. They instantly put me at ease. Dr. B is very sweet and never in a rush. She always takes time to sit and talk with me about my concerns. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Had a great experience with Dr. Nadia and highly recommend if you are looking for a great dental practice in the Park Cities area.

I am always to terrified of going to the dentist. But after being a patient at Katy Trail Dental, I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office. Dr. Bahramnejad was absolutely fabulous. She made me feel at ease and her office was extremely welcoming. She did an amazing job with my fillings and I will only be going to her from now on!!!

Had no problems with old management but new management is awful.

I came in today for my routine appointment where I was told I had a $316 balance due. Apparently their estimate for what my insurance pay was off by $316. They are also out of network with all providers something that was not disclosed or explained to me when given the estimate. They justify this as it being a "estimate with no guarantee" well it was the only reason I signed off on the procedures was because of said estimate which is a shady business practice.

I took the extensive cleaning that the doctor recommend we do for a third time that she described as "not necessary but a good precaution" so I said yes because of the estimate they gave me. Had I known it was a complete roll of the dice on payment I would have said no.

I spoke with them about this how I feel not only lied to but also ambushed as they waited until I sit in the chair to tell me the balance was still due.

They had four contact points with me as we scheduled the new appointment to bring that up. They have my email and they have my phone. You think a six month overdue bill would be mentioned to me in some manner other than snail mail (which I do not remember receiving).

I asked multiple times if they did not see the issue with this and was told that it was policy and they can't change it. So if you go be prepared to pay everything out of pocket.

I am disappointed not only by their actions but attitude towards me when I expressed my concerns politely. This used to be such a great place to go.

Dr. Bahramnejad uses the latest technology in her practice but more importantly, she and her team provide the highest level of care in a friendly and welcoming environment. I was impressed that I was able to make all the arrangements for my visit on their website, they were also very helpful over the phone. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. I recommend Katy Dental to my friends and family without hesitation.

The ladies in this office are friendly, helpful, professional, and gentle. After putting off my cleaning for too long, they were thorough in the exam and explained everything well. I don't typically enjoy going to the dentist, but my experience here was very pleasant.

Went for the first time today. Very nice, clean office with friendly and enjoyable staff! Will be my new dentist office for sure!
