Klamath Falls Hotels by IHG

The night clerk that checked us in was very rude and inconsiderate. She harassed me about having my children there. Also when we went to the pool she came in watching us making us feel very uncomfortable. The day staff was very good, very kind. The breakfast was good and the woman serving was amazing! Even with these good experiences the next day I will never stay at this location again because of how I and my family were treated by the night clerk.

As far as Holiday Inn's go, they're up to speed on the general flow and decor you see in each one. This one appears to need some more timely upkeep and attention to detail.

Positives: Friendly staff. Quick and painless check-in. Great selection of breakfast items.

Negatives: Was probably the most run-down Holiday Inn I've stayed at. Those signature blue vertical lights you see on Holiday Inn's, this one had mismatched colors and multiple lights were flickering.

We're also two years into covid and their still sporting the towers of plexi-glass and stacked up furniture in the breakfast room.

Parking is pretty bad too. A business friend of mine had their car broken into overnight.

The beds were comfortable, clean and comfortable room, great hot breakfast, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

The bed mattress is very comfortable and seem to remain consist through out locations.

This place should be rated higher! Best place to stay in Klamath Falls. Free breakfast, newly remodeled. Charging tables in the dining area, business center, small snack beer and wine stand. Clean comfortable rooms and the staff is all smiling through their masks. Coffee and refrigerator in the suite room.

Positive: Prime location Negative: House keeping and cleanliness.

Room was great, breakfast was okay and could be better. Did not use any of the facilities like pool and fitness center.

I won't recommend this hotel.

Over priced and don't honor veterns discount unless your currently in the service and on business for the military. Bed not real comfortable. Won't stay ever again. Sticking with Fairview Inns.
