Koons Westminster Toyota

I went to two dealers Koons being the second. I called and explained the car was for my son that just got out of Marines, and did not have a lot of money. I was told prices and models on the phone that did NOT line up with what I was told when I got there. Thankfully it was us, his parents, and not my son. To all my MoM's I would suggest going to another dealer as this one is not service member friendly. You can buy a truck at sticker price. I was able to get MSRP including all details at the first dealer and at Koons it was $2,000-$4,000 over MSRP. Just shop in PA?.

I want to say a huge thank you to Joanne in sales for putting me into an affordable and very nice used car! She was very helpful and stayed with us the hole way through! I recommend any one who is in the market for a new vehicle to give her a call! She will be there to answer your questions and if she doesn't have the answers she will find someone who can help you! I look forward to lots of years in my "new" car! Thanks again Joanne!

10/10 recommend buying from Koons!! I bought a 2022 Corolla Cross from them this past Friday and I couldn't be more pleased.. I love it!! They were so helpful, personable, and worked with me patiently through each step! They worked so hard on getting me a good deal and what I was happy with quickly! I had been looking to get a new toyota for a few months from another place and I kept getting the run around which is understandable nowadays, but when I called Koons, they got back to me within an hour! Thanks again to Justin, Dylan, and Joshua!! Go buy a car from a them! You won't regret it.. I know I don't!

I have been a Koons Toyota Westminster customer since 2010. I have purchased two vehicles from them because of their low-pressure sales and great customer service. I recently ran into an issue with my current vehicle that was only 2 years old. I tried contacting other Toyota dealerships near where I currently live, and neither wanted to help me without me footing a couple hundred dollars on the front end to run some tests. I went back to Koons and the service manager of the Westminster location, Bob Stoll, made himself available to sit down with me and discuss what was going on. Both Bob and George Bromwell took the time to listen to me and we developed a plan of action. Normally, anything car repair-related makes me nervous because I am a younger female, and historically customers like me are often taken advantage of. That does not happen at Koons! They went above and beyond to help fix the issue, were transparent with the process, and my car was ready days sooner than quoted for pick-up. I am very grateful for my experience there, as I know if I went anywhere else the outcome would have not been the same. Thank you, Bob and George! I am a Koons customer for life!
