Dave did a great job for us to find two properties in January,2016 in GreyCrossings in North Tahoe/Truckee area. When I refer to Job that means in all aspects of transactions, search, negotiatings and purchase of properties etc. dave is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate in North Tahoe/ Truckee area and i highly recommend him .

We had listed our Tahoe home for the prior 2 years with a different agent without getting many showings and no offerers. We decided to try a new agent this year and after interviewing several we chose Dave. He did a great job of preparing the materials to market our home. When the home went on the market we saw a flurry of activity. We had 2 offers within weeks of listing. While we can't say that this was not due to a more active market this year. We felt that Dave and his team were doing all of the things to ensure our home got the attention needed to sell. We highly recommend him.

Dave is the consummate professional! Very resourceful. He has a thorough knowledge of the Tahoe market. Always one step ahead of everybody and everything. A couple of years ago, we bought property in Truckee with Dave's help. We had to act fast to take advantage of the opportunity. The situation also required some finesse. Dave delivered on both fronts. When we recently decided to sell that property, we turned to Dave again. He was very clear on how the marketplace had changed since our purchase and helped us choose the right selling strategy. He's also very buttoned-down administratively which came in very handy to all concerned at the end of the process. We couldn't believe how quickly it all came together. The fact that we were on the east coast made no difference. He was always at our disposal. No stress!

I recently worked with Dave in purchasing a home in Tahoe City that I plan to remodel and put back on the market. He then spent an extra afternoon helping me identify how much each property would be worth on the market after the remodel. This helped me significantly determine my top 3 choices. He was successful in negotiating my 1st choice at the price I wanted to pay. Dave's help didn't stop there. During escrow, he compiled lists of contractors, property managers, utilities contacts AND gave me great ideas about what buyers are looking for in a second home.
