The Center for Transforming Lives provides a comfortable and peaceful place where people can connect with their inner selves, let go of their grief and stress, and learn valuable tools to embrace life with meaning and purpose. We offer guided meditation, mindfulness, and yoga classes. We also offer workshops and seminars for personal growth. Ligia M. Houben is the founder of The Center for Transforming Lives and teaches the guided meditation classes on Tuesdays at 7 pm. She offers individual sessions as a Life Transitions Professional Certified Coach (CPC). As a certified grief counselor, speaker, and author in the topic of losses, she is a grief expert. She works with the bereaved after the loss of a loved one. She can also help with other types of losses, such as divorce, loss of health, pet, or any challenging life transition which may involve stress or fear.
