Actually mind blowing how fantastic the experience was. All remote, the process was made easy, efficient, professional, available & friendly. My sales guy, Ashton was terrific! I would easily refer friends & family to this dealership, feeling confident that that would be taken care of!

I recently came in with my girlfriend after the amazing service my bestfriend and I had with our 2021 Cherokee. My girlfriend got a 2018 Grand Cherokee. The radio freezes quite often and you cannot use it. Jeep said they would cover the cost to fix it. Well turns out they aren't honoring that as of today. The jeep also needs an alignment and total for it all was going to be $1,000.00 out of pocket for a vehicle my girlfriend has had for roughly 2 months. You just lost a customer, next time we will go to a dealer that will honor what they say. Shame on you guys.

12/13/2021: Update
After posting this originally the dealership had my girlfriend come in to do a software update. The update did nothing at all to fix the issue. When we first talk to Tony about this issue he stated the dealership would cover the cost due to my girlfriend not having the vehicle for more then 2 weeks. Fast forward to a month ago, the dealership tried to get my girlfriend to pay for the new radio which is around $800.00. Now there is an emissions leak on this same vehicle roughly 6 months later. Of course they say the warranty does not cover it so now my girlfriend is going to be out of pocket some $$$$ to fix this. When the vehicle was first brought in it was stated that no prior inspection was done to the vehicle before it was sold. I was hoping to fix my review for this company, yet if you buy anything used or new from here buyer beware. Get it checked out first, have the dealership show you the paperwork that lists what inspections they have done prior to selling the vehicle. It is so sad that Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno has taken advantage of a young woman just to make some money. My recommendation is go to Fallon, Carson City, anywhere else but here for a vehicle.

Lithia has done everything I have asked for. They got me financed fast and was able to work with me while purchasing a vehicle hours away. They have been great to work with and fixed the items I had issues with on my car. I was able to drive to Reno sign paperwork and pick up my car. All a fast process.
I will definitely go through them again when the time comes for a different car.
