Lionel Daudin started Madame Tomate Catering Company inside his existing coffee house he has been successfully running with his wife, Marie, since 2009 in order to satisfy an increasing demand for a customized line of gourmet sandwiches, salads and other lunch specialties. Lionel founded Madame Tomate with Patrick Sauliere. Serving now as an advisor Patrick has over 15 years of experience in the finest culinary
establishments in London, where he subsequently specialized in the wine industry.

At first Madame Tomate focused only on serving the local customers of Bobaloca Coffee House but given the growing demand it has metamorphosed in very short time to a full catering business. Madame Tomate now serves both corporates and private parties and events in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.

Madame Tomate's catering services are perfect for any corporate function or event, parties, wedding showers, baby showers, bat/bar mitzvahs, holiday parties, picnics, and more. We deliver to every event, big or small, the very highest of standards while providing unparalleled quality, flavor & freshness.

We strive to create our fresh menu in sustainable ways while minimizing energy use and waste. We create our unique "menu frais" daily with high quality fresh and natural ingredients sourced from local Farmer's Markets. We service El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach.
