Add ReviewI believe all is well. We went to have a late lunch in the hotel signature restaurant. The website indicated that they were open. We arrived around 3 and was told they would reopen at 4. I guess covid affected the hours. I don't think their offerings that I saw from a quick glance at the menu was very Southern. I'm not sure. Pimento cheese on the menu does not make an entire restaurant Southern.Report

I was confirmed for an upgrade a week before check in. After I arrived I found out they took away my upgrade. The room had a a work station that didn't have a power outlet. Just another measure they took to make sure you know your status doesn't matter to them the "free" breakfast only includes a cold continental. Very disappointment with the customer service that I've had to experience Saturday night. I was coming into check in the hotel and I had to use the restroom. During this whole process, My husband and I had went to get some gas when I had noticed that I misplaced my purse. I called the hotel back and told them my situation. He had me on hold for 3 minutes only to tell me that my purse wasn't there, but how?!?! Thank god for my good intuition KNOWING that my purse was still there, I went back and found it. The man saw me walking out the building with my purse in hand and had no manners for an apology. He did call my husband though to apologize to HIM, not me. I would like to speak to someone about this issue because this is very unacceptable.ReportRe: Very disappointment with ... I gave this hotel three stars because when we got to our room and laid her stuff on the bed I looked down on the duvet cover and discovered that there was blood on it!!! That kind of freaked me out I called down to the concierge to let them know that I have discovered blood on our duvet cover, they did send somebody right away to change the cover and sheets but it was totally unacceptable!
