Amazing. Had brake problems with my 2020 Ram,. Took it to my dealer in Austin and was told I'd have to wait 5 days for it to even be looked at and likely longer to repair. My truck is my livelihood. I took it to Oviedo in La Grange due to shorter wait time to be seen, and in less than 24 hours had my truck back and repaired and covered under warranty. Thanks so much to Vince and everyone in the service department that made this potentially stressful situation painless and efficient.

My husband and I are traveling from out of town and blew an inner cooler hose on the highway near this dealership today. We pulled in and explained what happened and they got someone right on it and fixed us right up! AMAZING people and OUTSTANDING service!! The lady didn't bat an eye and immediately got a tech right on it to help us get back on the road. GOD BLESS YOU MA'AM AND YOUR TECH!!

I bought a new jeep gladiator and barely had it a year. Then, that winter storm hit us. When to park and used my emergency brake (I drive a manual) and heard a weird noise. There was no longer and tension on the handle and the emergency brake no longer worked. I brought it into the dealership and wouldn't you know it, I just went of the mileage for it to be covered by warranty. They wanted over $800 to replace the emergency brake cables and the handle inside the cab. Being a mechanic myself, I declined and figured if just fix it myself. The still charged me $130 to diagnose the problem. Fast-forward a month (Mopar takes forever to ship parts) and I have the parts they said needed to be replaced. I proceeded to start pulling apart the console. I found that nothing appeared to be broken but one of the cables had came out of the slot. Not wanting to believe the dealer was trying to scam me, I then inspected the entire emergency brake system. Sadly, nothing was wrong, everything is in good working condition. I went ahead and put the cable back into place and adjusted the the tensioner like you would for a normal service. Checked the system for correct operation, works like it's supposes to. So, not only did they lie to me but proceeded to try and upcharge me for something that wasn't even broken. Now, I am having to fight with Mopar to try and have the parts sent back. My recommendation, find a mechanic you can trust or learn to fix your own vehicle. Either way, avoid the dealership.

I had a transmission replaced there and they bent the flex plate and missed putting back some bolts which caused the transmission to leak. They would not take responsibility for it. After speaking with the office manager via email back and forth for over two weeks, the owner finally called me but I missed his call. I called back literally the next minute and he was with a customer. I left exactly 5 messages for him with the customer service rep with no return calls. He has no email or direct line to leave a message. I finally gave up. So I was stuck paying a $700 plus bill for Oviedo's mistake. None of my trucks will be back.

My wife and I were attending Round Top Week for a few days on our way back to Ohio from Corpus. Couple issues popped up and Vi nce really came through for us TWICE. He helped us with our DS windshield wiper issue. Today he helped with fuel pump issue. Both times our wait times where very minimal he worked us right in.

I had been in the market for a new Jeep for quite a while. I had finally narrowed down my choice to the Willy's package in a the new Chief color. I had some very specific requests with my vehicle including what type of engine and packages I wanted.

I had found exactly what I was looking for at another dealership and the price was right. Both Matt and John worked very hard to take care of my needs setting up a dealer trade and matching their price. Well, to no fault of the Oviedo dealership, the other dealership sold the vehicle out from under them.

Not worries, Matt and John search high an low for another vehicle that met my requirements, plus some. They were able to make the dealership trade happen and still honored the original discount promised to me on the first vehicle. Not only that, because of the additional equipment on the second vehicle, they had Derek work really hard to find me the best interest rate available.

I appreciate everyone at the Oviedo dealership being so patient and working so hard to get me everything I wanted in my new vehicle. Everyone on there was so friendly and helpful. Matt, John, and Derek made the whole process very easy. Even Michael, another salesman, was so knowledgeable and answered any questions when Matt wasn't around.
The entire Oviedo team made purchasing my new vehicle a very pleasant experience.
