I dropped my vehicle off at 2:45 for a 3:00 appt. I did not get my keys until4:45. I was there for only an oil change.Report
I also had 2 questions I wanted answered, and was told by the service writer she would ask a technician. I never heard back. The 2nd question was going to be given to "Steve". I never heard from Steve.
Two hours to wait for an oil change with an appointment is too long.
Charging $150 for an oil change is a bit ridiculous. I pay $40 less for a 13 quart oil change in my diesel truck.
Not answering questions is not good customer service.
I will probably find another place to take my car for dealer service and for oil changes.

i bought a 2019 Kia Forte in January and drove off the lot with 13 miles - a brand new car. I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service. I have had 3 different major electrical issues with my car. My cruise control automatically turning on and accelerating on its own.. my transmission went out on me within the 6 months of purchasing the vehicle . Every time i call them or try and ask for help since my car is still under warranty they are not helpful, instead they keep saying someone will reach out to me but no one does. I have called multiple times asking for help, and each time they are extremely rude. I am not paying for a brand new car just to find out it has endless issues. All i have to say is to get your act together, and give me the help and service i deserve!!ReportRe: i bought a 2019 Kia Forte ... I just financed my new vehicle this past Friday! I got a 2022 Kia K5 GT-line and I'm obsessed with it! Let me also emphasize how great of an experience my significant other and I had at Palm Spring Kia. All the staff was extremely courteous and efficient. We were mostly assisted by Abid who was very charismatic and informative. We also interacted with whom I believe was the manager, as well as a gentleman in charge of finance and they were both great as well.
