Ron and Jan Pratt are the owners of Pratt-N-Sons Roofing. We work together to oversee the day to day operations of our company.Ron Pratt grew up in the roofing business. He started carrying shingles up the ladder to his dad and uncle's at the young age of eight. While growing up in the Sparks area, Ron advanced to roofer at sixteen years old. After graduating high school he went on to work for a local company.Jan Thran-Pratt grew up in Gardnerville, Nevada. Jan worked for a local athletic company while raising his, hers, and our children. Needless to say Jan was very nervous when Ron proposed the idea of starting their own roofing company. It did not take much to comvenice Jan. Pratt-N-Sons Roofing was established on September 13, 1995 by Ron Pratt and Jan Thran- Pratt. We are a locally owned and operated business ready to solve any type of roofing needs.
