Prompt, courteous, efficient service. Would use them any time. I needed new garage door openers urgently. They were at my house within 2 hours of my call. Really great service. Unlike Comcast where you have to book at least a week in advance and they give you a 4 hour time window. Way to go Precision Door

This is the second time I’ve used Precision, and I’ve been pleased both times. Tom did a great job. He came right on time, did the work quickly and expertly, and the price was right. I will definitely call Precision whenever I need work done on my garage doors.

This is the second time I have used Precision. I called them again because of their service. Bill was the tech that came out yesterday. When he found he was running behind, he called me to let me know… always appreciated. I got a new garage door pad and he was very patient with me as he taught me how to change the code and the differences in my new key pad. While he was here, he serviced my garage door and explained why he was doing what he was. He didn’t act like he was rushing or in a hurry to leave, he was going home from here. Thank you Bill and thank you Precision. I will be calling you again when I need service to my garage door.

The response time was outstanding, and the service, knowledge, and professional by the technician, Tom Lathrop, was excellent!!

Absolutely the best service (at my door in less than one hour from my phone call) and best technician possible. Upon arriving he had all the parts to fix my broken spring, screw mechanism tractor and worn out carrier bearings He completed the parts replacement then balanced and lubed the entire mechanism all within one hour. Best of all he was clean, efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. The price was very fair. I am one happy customer!

Great service for an older garage! Zac did a fantastic job and had it up and running in no time at all!
