Premier Restoration

I had an emergency with the floors buckling in the kitchen. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. My insurance called Premier Construction and Restoration. Premier sent Christian Hunter within 2 hours. He was very punctual, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He assessed the damage and found the leak. He stabilized the area. Then he walked me through the process of restoration with much patience, answering all of my questions! The next morning, he arrived with Terry Brown and Scott Brown. The three of them went right to work boxing up my kitchen dishes and other items with great care so that they would not break! Then they removed all the damaged areas, taking care to not hurt any other areas, and cleaning up as they went. Terry and Scott were also very professional, kind, respectful, and hardworking! Christian, Terry, and Scott, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well! They did a SUPERIOR job! I highly recommend PREMIER CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION!

The other people at Premier have continued to provide SUPERIOR service, too! Tracie, who answers the phone, is very sweet and caring! When I felt overwhelmed, she encouraged me over the phone and again in an email, letting me know that I was in good hands with the team at Premier and that they would take care of me. And she was right! They did take care of me! First of all, Wendi effectively communicated with the insurance company for me. She made sure that everything was done properly and with the approval of the insurance before proceeding with the work. She explained the issues involved in the work to them. I don't know what I would have done without her! I am thankful for her expertise and efficiency! Next, John and Troy were very diligent, hard-working, professional, and friendly! They called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming. They went to work right away checking the moisture level, keeping a detailed record of the equipment and keeping a record of the results! If I had any questions, they answered them thoroughly and professionally! They did an EXCELLENT job! I am so THANKFUL for the whole team! I highly recommend PREMIER CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION!

John and Troy were your technicians. They were very professional and helpful in explaining the total problem. They were neat with their work. We felt their workmanship were excellent. Happy to have them on the job

John Scott and Terry did a great job helping us out. They worked with the insurance company and got our house back to normal. Very professional and informed folks!

Called Premier and they promptly came out to investigate some water damage. They were punctual and very professional. They took pride in their work. Scott and Terry came out. They came in wearing booties. They worked hard to determine the cause of the water explaining everything they did. The two were very courteous and took pride in working. They represented Premier real well. Can’t say enough about them and the company.

A great company to work with! I had some serious water damage in my basement, and they were able to come out immediately to begin the cleanup. Wendi was great to work with and very helpful at every step of the cleanup and mitigation process. Marlon and his crew did a wonderful job with the restoration and repairs!

Terry & Scott Brown came out within 1.5 hours and began remediating my water damage due to a leaky dishwasher. They explained everything to me as to what they offer and what I need to watch for over the next few days & weeks as the subflooring needs to dry and then the replacement process starts. Very happy so far!
I am editing my review to include that Premier just finished up with the remediation portion of my dishwasher disaster. John, Troy and Chris were a great Team that removed all the damaged cabinets and such and did so with care so that my counter tops didn't get broken and the rest of the repairs where held to a minimum. Now comes the part to put it all back together. If that goes as well as the initial phase I will be one big happy customer and tell everyone there is ONLY one company to use when it comes to remediation work - Premier!

I had water damage to my cabinets and floors due to a leaking dishwasher and John, Troy and Chris worked fast and efficiently to remedy the problem. They showed up the same day I called and got to work immediately. I was impressed with how professional and fast they worked. It was a relief to know I was in good hands. They came daily to check on the process and adjust the machines. Their project coordinators were also great at communication and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend this company.

Our entire first floor of our home was flooded caused by a hot water dispenser filter. We had been away and came home to our hard wood floors and insulation saturated. Our insurance company sent out Premier to start the drying out process. They were there with equipment within 1 hr,. of their being notified. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. John, Chris, Troy, Scott and Terry, were extremely helpful and excellent at setting up everything, helping pack up our furniture and personal belongings and getting the process going. The team monitored daily moisture levels - 14 days of continuing the drying out process before any restoration could begin. Wendi was called to arrange for a POD to store our furniture and belongings during the process and restoration of the hardwood floors, sheetrock, insulation, painting. Regardless of how often I called, how many questions I had, the team responded quickly and answered my questions or concerns without hesitation. I can't say enough about this team. Our insurance adjuster Travis Hendley and contractor Tim Roberts worked closely with Wendi. I especially appreciated the quality of workmanship this team, John, Chris, Troy, Scott, Terry and Wendi have shown throughout and continuing through this horrific process.
