Renters can freely search rental listings without having to register. RentLizard offers the unique ability for the renter to prequalify online for rental listings before spending time driving around to look at properties of interest.* Property managers are offered an extensive array of functionality with the site. Rental listings and associated photo's (up to 15 may be uploaded per listing), can be created at no cost. When you're ready to rent a listing, simply activate the listing to make it viewable and searchable by the public. Activated listings are $12 for 30-days. Listings can be forwarded to over 15 additional syndicated sites at no additional cost. Free reporting functions show how your activated listings are performing.
