I recently purchased a BMW Z-4 from Rick Hendrick and had a terrific experience. This was an out of state deal that was handled by Trish in sales and Strom in finance. I was in and out quickly and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

John Fulp was awesome!! I rate him 10 out of 10!! He was the only salesperson that came outside to check on myself and my family. He made us feel welcome and part of the Hendricks family!! Definitely buy your car from John!!

Such a fabulous experience working with Roman at Rick Hendrick BMW. This was our first time purchasing a car and he was so informative and incredibly helpful. Made this process super easy and definitely calmed all my nerves. We are so happy! Roman is the best.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! I was on vacation and had an issue with my X5. I looked up on Google for the nearest BMW dealership and found Rick Hendericks. I arrived at the dealership at 7:45 AM without an appointment and explained my circumstances. They worked me in, repaired the issue, filed my Third Part Warranty claim and sent me on my way! Fast friendly service, constantly updated not only by my service advisor but the technician who was working on my car. They washed and vacuumed it out as well.

I'd like to thank Teresa Troutman for making my purchase of the BMW X3 such a wonderful experience. There was no pressure at all. She listen to what I wanted and answered all my questions. Teresa made me feel so comfortable, I felt like I've known her for years.

Teresa, Marco, and Oliver were amazing in our car buying experience. We were so over dealerships when we met Teresa and she really made the car shopping process simple without all the back and forth. Marco taught us everything we needed to know about the car plus some extra fun features. He was so helpful! Oliver didn't pressure us into any extra packages like most finance dept do. He made signing personable. Overall 10/10 experience.

Trish Jones did an excellent job of walking me through all the options of my first BMW purchase. I would highly recommend working with her and i will look for her in a couple of years when my wife is looking for a new car.
