I WENT WITH MY 12 YEAR OLD. I KEPT UP AND IT WAS ALL FUN AND GAMES UNTIL I DECIDED TO TRY AND SCALE UP A WALL.RUNNING FULL SPEED TO GET UP IT AND SOMETHING POPPED IN MY HIP. I TRIED SLIDING DOWN BUT THERE IS ALOT OF TRACTION SO I JUST TUMBLED DOWN .GRACEFULLY OF COURSE. TRAMPOLINE PIT WAS FUN. UNLESS YOUR THE ONLY ONE IN IT. THEN ITS HARD TO GET OUT.Report

We were here in February 2022 when it was still Rockin Jump for our daughter's birthday party and it was a mostly good experience. Staff was friendly, prices weren't too crazy, kids had a great time.Report
Fast forward to December 2022 we came to a birthday party for our friend's son with it now being owned by Sky Zone.
Prices doubled if not tripled for the same activities being available. Staff was down right dishonest about policies and pricing info. Friends paid for 20 jumpers, only 11 showed up and they were told they would be refunded for jumpers that didn't show up. Staff fought against them getting a refund when they requested said refund.
Food was stated to be included in the package they purchased, but then staff told them no food was included and they had to buy it separately. When the pizzas came to the room some of them weren't fully cooked and dough was still raw. Really hope none of the kids get sick. Staff also fought against refunding this too only offering to make 1 pizza to replace multiple doughy ones.
Staff also tried to rush us out of the party room before their time slot was up.
I assume this is due to new owners at Sky Zone coming in and overcharging and under delivering to their customers. Just stay away!
Whoever manages Sky Zone is just out to siphon every dollar from parents looking to give kids a fun time. We will never be going back after this experience. The only saving grace was that it wasn't us paying for any of this, but we felt so bad for the way our friends were treated. Won't ever go back to this place.

Ouch. The management change to SkyZone has a lot of kinks to work out. Concessions is lacking - glad we didn't opt for a pizza party. Lazer tag was non-operational - my group of 17 6th grade boys were very bummed, but we were refunded and given 1-hour free jump cards for the future. Very little to no supervision on the actual trampoline area. Poor Manager on duty was from Sacto location and had, evidently, let a few folks off for the night and it was a bit busier than she had likely imagined! We will wait a few months until it all gets sorted out before going back. Until then, we'll head to Xtreme Craze in Rocklin.Report
