These days it seems that excellent customer service is hard to find. I recently had ARS Raleigh do some work in my well for low water pressure. The tech, Josue, proved to be the kind of service tech everybody wants. He was on time, professional, cordial, knowledgeable and a good communicator. What I expected to be a simple job turned into anything but simple. Of course, I was initially skeptical. But Josue's clear explanations and obvious knowledge soon won me over. He explained every step and why it was necessary. I'm a retired Quality Engineer, and was impressed with his troubleshooting technique. I would not hesitate to recommend ARS Raleigh for plumbing issues. And if your problem is related to your well, Josue is THE MAN!!!Report
