Scott Botkins was referred to me by Anne Shannon of Anne Shannon Graphic Design, whose website was developed by Scott. At the time, I was with a web design firm that was extremely unreliable with both the work they performed, as well as with their follow up. More often than not, phone calls and emails went unreturned and when requests for changes and revisions were finally performed, they were often incomplete or incorrect. I was in desperate need of a reliable company that I could count on to manage and maintain my website.

I got Scotts information by searching on line for a local web site developer, I was starting up a not for profit and my budget was very limited, I was a little hesitant because his pricing was so much less than the several other companies I talked to. We talked over the phone, I emailed him some ideas and within a week he sent me a template which was almost perfect for the vision I had shared with him for The Male Cancer Support Center.

Every time I emailed changes they would be made within 24 hours. Everything I asked of him he did event linking to my face book and helping with donor software, going above and beyond at no extra charge.

I liked what he did so much I had him redo our company website for Elegant Fare, we have had several websites over the years and Scott saved us thousands of dollars and made the process effortless.

Scott is absolutely wonderful to work with! I have been using his services since 2009 and have never once been disappointed in a website that he created. My company does web design as well, but it's not our main business so we often use him for overflow work. Some of the reasons why I like Scott so much is he is incredibly fair and honest, incredibly creative, and never tries to take the easy way out. There have been many incidents where websites he designed broke due to 3rd party issues, and he happily stepped in and fixed the issues for free even though it wasn't his fault.
