I don't know why anyone buying or selling a home in the metro would use anyone other than Solomon. He treats you like family. I have never had a realtor that was so personally involved in my real estate transaction. How can you not appreciate a realtor that behaves as though this is his own home purchase? Solomon has to be the most attentive, responsive and honest realtor in Atlanta. He is not motivated by commission, he is motivated by client satisfaction.

Wow, where do I begin! Solomon Greene was a blessing from heaven for me and my family! I highly recommend him. I had work with a previous real estate agent for 2 years and he did not come through for me. I was about to give up then saw an ad about Solomon assisting a single mother with low income get approved for a home. I gave him a call and one month later, I was approved!!! Even with all the student loan debts I have!! That’s why he’s my blessing from heaven! Give him a call even if everyone else said no. If he can’t help you, no one else can!

My wife and I highly recommend Solomon if you are looking to buy or sell your home. We contacted Solomon first in 2011 to help us purchase our first home. It was scary for us and we did not know what to expect, but once we talked to Solomon we felt confident. He was with us very step of the way. Within months, we were in our first home.
6 years later we decided to sell our home and contacted Solomon again. Once again we didn't know much about selling a home. We contacted him in August and he gave us all in information we needed to make a decision. We contacted Solomon again the beginning of December 2017 to move forward with the sale of our home. Our house was on the market two days later. Then we received a full price offer the next day!! We also got other offers. We closed January 12th 2018!!! So, in 30 days our home was sold!
Solomon is professional and real. I am so glad we were able to work with him!

It was a great experience working with Solomon Greene on selling my estate property in Atlanta recently. After coming to the hard decision place my inherited property for sale and receiving several low cash offers, I received a referral to Solomon. He explained to me the process of an Estate sale and what to expect. We set up a meeting to view the property, decided on a asking price and place the home on the Market. Within two days of the house being on the market, we received several hours and within a week's time the house was sold. In real estate timing is everything, but Solomon did an excellent job in filtering through the many offers and presenting to me the most feasible opportunities. I had a great experience! Solomon is very knowledgeable with the different types of grants and down payment assistance programs. He is also an experienced realtor and knows the market very well. He knows what homes to look at and what homes to stay away from. He truly listens to what you want and will help you to find it. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very patient with me. He really went above and beyond for me. I felt that he had my best interests at heart the whole time and wasn't just trying to get me to buy anything. He always gave me an honest opinion and helpful advice. I would recommend him to anyone who is ready to buy a home!!!

Solomon was amazing! Any realtor who would literally get down in the dirt with you to help you make the right decisions is the realtor you should go with. He always had our best interest at heart, teaching us as we continued the process and never tried to up sell. Every question we had (which totaled to a billion) he answered no matter how early or late, and was so patient! The thing my husband I loved the most was that he kept it real at all times! Solomon you were an extreme pleasure to work with! Thanks for helping us get into our dream home! You've definitely become like family to us! See you at the housewarming!
