Super close to downtown Ann Arbor, but secluded enough there was minimal road noise. We loved our stay at the Stone Chalet. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, and treated us to late night cookies that were still warm. Usually I leave hotels with a sore back but our bed was so luxurious I didn't want to leave. The details were so well thought out in our room, you can tell how much care was taken when thinking about the guests experience.Report

I just spent a lovely weekend at the stone chalet. My granddaughter’s wedding was held there. She has always wanted to be a Disney princess and is really into fantasy. It was the perfect place to fulfill her dream. The details everywhere whether in the actual 1917 home or the beautiful garden with its gazebo and all the little touches made it delightful. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. The staff were friendly and did everything they could to make my granddaughter’s day perfect. Looking forward to returning.Report

Not just another B&B. Clean, fantasy themed rooms, with beautiful garden area perfect for a small wedding. Breakfast was delicious. Operated by a very pleasant and accommodating couple.Report

I absolutely loved staying at the stone chalet! The staff was phenomenal. Super friendly, and they made a delicious breakfast for us each morning. The rooms were tastefully decorated with each theme. My husband and I stayed in the Neverland room, and it was a lovely experience. I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back!Report
