I got a truck from these guys, David Creekmore & Mackenzie Curvin, and it was a super easy transaction from trading my truck I in and getting one from them and that was with them making things happen to get me exactly what I wanted in payments and kind of truck. Some guy names Jerry is a lier. He had a red Lincoln for us to see. We get there and he says "I sold it thus morning, sorry, I have others" typical come on by car sales person. We found out that Lincoln was sold 2 weeks ago. Horrible!!!

Hello- Vehicles in that price point with that low mileage are very hard to come by and can go at any moment. The demand for such vehicles is at an all time high due to the shortage of inventory- nationwide. We are sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding but appreciate the opportunity.

I was glad I stopped at Superior for it after all the runaround I had been given at all the other dealerships, I like the fact that Dane was up front and didn't promise me the moon and the stars he was an honest salesman and for that they have definitely earned my business thank you very much to all the Ford family up there although I got a Chevy ?

Horrible experience. We brought our van in for a problem (had to wait two weeks to be seen in the first place) and got our van back in even worse condition with two totally new problems. Turned around and brought it back right away and they said that was normal (yeah right) so we drove it home since it was so late, hoping it would work itself out. The next day it was even worse so we brought it back and they said they'd have to wait another two weeks for it to be seen. And all this cost us nearly $1000. Not happy. Told the manager and he didn't seem to care at all. Don't come to this shop if you care about your vehicle.

Hello Charlene- I'm sorry you did not enjoy your experience with us. I have left you a couple of messages so I can discuss the new issues you're having with your vehicle. At the time of your service appointment, which was to replace your distributor, we drove the vehicle after performing that work to confirm the repair. No other other issues were apparent, but, unfortunately with aged vehicles, they can arise at anytime.
