Suretech came out when everyone else told me it would be 2-3 weeks before I could be seen! Justin fixed my ac in 20 minutes and made sure to check over my entire system to make sure it was running right. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks justin!

The owner Justin’s kids, who installed most of the system, urinated in my walls and air ducts. Warning to the public, I would not recommend Suretech at all, disgusting.

Great experience with this company. Worked us in during a week of 100 degree heat and the tech that came out (Justin B.) clearly knew his stuff. The issue with our broken AC got diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes or so.
The kicker is that we used another more popular (based on # of reviews) local company first, who after sending two separate technicians and wasting 3+ hours did not fix the problem.
Guess there are levels to this game like everything else.

The answer of no AC in this hot summer at end of pregnancy and bring a baby home to this was unacceptable. I am so thankful the fourth call was the correct answer. My heat wouldn’t turn on. Called them at 8:00 am and the technician was here by 10:00 am. Really knew his stuff, was professional and fixed the problem which was a left over issue from my previous HVAC company. I will use SureTech again
