Demecka was extremely helpful in the process. She gave us tons of information and made sure we knew all the details before deciding to lease. She was patient and honest. The apartments are updated and there are options.

Monica has been nothing but incredibly kind and helpful, she's helped me throughout my whole process and always checked up making sure I was doing ok and keeping me updated on the progress. Such a clean and nice apartment complex I feel so much more relaxed about moving to a new city.

Security is an absolute joke as 9+ vehicles got broken into last night. Mine included. In fact, as the officer was taking my report, the security guy drove by, said nothing, and continued on with the eventless day I'm sure he was having. No plan of action is in place as the staff just seems to act casually about it. If this continues, it will only be the fault of the staff and management when not only these thieves start getting hurt, but innocent people as well.

Shout out to officer Watkins and the many others of Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office that helped me as well as the other victims involved. We'll keep in touch.

Hi Blake, thanks for sharing your concern. Unfortunately, it appears that multiple apartment communities and neighborhoods have been hit in the area. We have contacted the Sheriffs Office and requested additional patrols of the community. Again, we are very sorry that this happened. We welcome your feedback and concerns.

The office staff is really nice and helpful. I was very pleased with my touring experience with Monica. Sheron was very knowledgeable in the community. Overall great community.

I really appreciated my tour with Monica in the office. Monica was knowledgeable in all the different floor plans and really catered to all of my preferences. The whole office staff made my experience warm and welcoming. Would recommend this apartment community to everyone.

I toured the property and the staff was very helpful and friendly with all questions or concerns that I had. Because of their professional and how great the apartment was done in high detail to the little things, I decided to go ahead with signing a year lease. I've been living here for only a short period of time but whenever I've had an issue needing maintenance, Gina has made sure it was handled along with Andrew which is the maintenance supervisor. I'm very impressed by all of the hardwork that goes into making this property worth calling it home, I plan on renewing my lease once it's up and due to the great leadership. Thanks for making this apartment community feel like a home.
