I sure wish a Toyota dealer in this valley could provide reasonable service. The first time I scheduled our 5,000 mile service at Edmark there was confusion and they didn't even have me on the list. The 10,000 mile service went off without a hitch. Now I have a tire with a nail in it and a tire warranty that I paid extra for. Called last week and they got me in quickly. The nail is in a spot where the tire can't be repaired and the tire is one that they don't stock. "We'll order it and should have by Monday."

I call to confirm. After 10+ minutes on hold with service I get disconnected. Call back. Service says, let me transfer you to parts. Parts confirms they have the part. Transferred back to service. Service guy starts checking. Disconnected, no call back even though we got far enough for him to have my name and number.

This is UNACCEPTABLE. Right now I am regretting buying a Toyota. Not because of the car, it's because of the unacceptable service I have had at all Toyota dealerships in this Valley.

This place is terrible to schedule an appointment. Tried texting and calling. Terrible customer service can not get help. I had an appt Jan 8 and in the middle of that call I got disconnected. Called back to be put on over a 15 min hold was told systems are down call back tomorrow. I owned Toyotas most my life and this is one of the worst for service!!!!

Today I went in to visit with Jason to trade in my lovely Jeep Wrangler ….I expected the same experience I had been given at other dealerships like team Mazda and Combs Car Coral. Jason did all he could to get is a great deal and we walked away with this beauty! Brian and Jason were great help today with my families needs and wishes. I would highly recommend this dealer ship to a friend!

We had been looking, I have had a Toyota for years, and bought my son one. We decided to just go look.

Art, that guy listens, pays attention and will direct you to exactly what you need, and want. He took his time with us and listened.
So pleasant having a salesman like that!

Everyone was kind, the experience was fast and the most pleasant new car experience of my life.

Go see them, you won't be disappointed.(ask for Art)

After having a difficult time 2 years ago here I decided to come back and transfer my records here for service on my Tacoma.

SMH.........simply put my new impression is this. I will never, ever.........

Go anywhere else again accept for Edmark.

It was worth my time, they found previous work that was unsatisfactory and told me it may cost me a little to fix. The point being is they have been extremely detailed with my truck.
Had no idea there was an issue that needed to be addressed.

Saved me some expensive repairs down the road.

Let me tell you I have went to many places to buy cars. I am hear to tell you if you want five star ask for ART. He is super amazing and don't beat around the bush. I will always buy from ART. Buyer beware! I will never buy from Edmark Toyota because, unlike their competition, their service is poor and they are price gouging. The condensed version is....I went to custom order a Toyota Highlander so I could get exactly what I wanted. This is what I experienced: 1. I asked for a specific person and wasn't given the opportunity to speak with them without any explanation. 2. They wanted me to choose from their allotment rather than custom ordering what I wanted. 3. They have a $2000 non-refundable deposit. 4. They told me the price would be $2000 over MSRP. $2000 above MSRP? What justification can you have for this? Taking advantage of people just because you can is not right.

I went to the Toyota dealership in Boise 30min later and this is what I got. 1. I spoke to a very professional salesman. 2. They said that custom ordering from the factory was no problem as long as I was will to wait. 3. They have a $1000 non-refundable deposit. 4. They were right at MSRP.

Peterson Toyota was a pleasure to do business with. Don't waste your time and money $$$ at Edmark.

I purchased a car from Edmark Toyota less than 5 months ago. I have an issue with my taillights. Took it in back in October and seemed fixed. A few weeks later the issue reoccurred. I made an appointment for this morning. I showed up last night to leave the car and was told they would not work on it by the agent in the service department. I was told to go to the dealer who sells BMWs. Since Edmark "fixed" the lights to begin with I felt they should have stood behind their work. I asked for a manager. A manager in the sales department and manager in the service department both told me I had to go somewhere else. They have "messed up" too many cars (not Toyotas) by trying to fix them and so they basically are only fixing Toyotas now. No empathy, no apology, no call to tell me not to come in ... I was not expecting a free service but I was not expecting the shaft. Apparently once you sign the paperwork and they have their money you are no longer a customer unless you buy a Toyota.
