Mark was very polite, professional and helpful with us in making our decision to have our roof repaired. It was a pleasure talking with him. He answered all our questions!!! I can't wait to see the finished project.

Requested a quote for window replacement. Scheduled an appointment and provided information to the coordinator and when asked if my husband would also attend the consultation I said he would be in and out of the meeting. We both WFH at the same company and it's difficult to get shared hours off together. I scheduled the appt for a day I scheduled off. The day before the consult I got a call from a sales rep for additional information. She then repeatedly asked why my husband couldn't attend and that it was policy that we both be present. She then tried rescheduling for an evening or weekend which did not work for our schedules. I told her that I was upset that this information was not relayed by the coordinator that initially set the consult up and that I did not understand why my husband needed to be fully present for a consult on window replacement. Am I not able to make decisions on my home?? Ridiculous. I informed the sales rep I would go with another company. She responded by saying "doesn't sound like you're a good fit for us anyways". Go with a local contractor who will work with you and your schedule. Would never recommend this company after this experience.

Because we take all negative customer feedback very seriously, your review last night prompted a review between the managers here at Vista. During that meeting, your confirmation call and your initial call recordings were both reviewed. During the confirmation call, our Contact Center Agent explained that we ask all people involved with the project to be present because we will be leaving you with a down-to-the-penny quote. Because we leave our customers with tangible proposals that they can count on, which include all of the details of their projects and a firm quote that is good for a year, we want to make sure all of the selections are mutually agreed upon and that you both have full clarity about your selections, options, and our process by the time we leave your home. This is just as much for your benefit as it is ours. After 13 years of doing this, we have found that having everyone involved with the project at the first appointment limits confusion and helps our customers feel confident and comfortable in their decision-making process. We did see that when the appointment was initially scheduled, the need and reason for both of you to meet with the Product Specialist was not clearly explained. For that, we truly apologize. We will be using your experience as an opportunity to provide further training to our Contact Center Agents and to make sure that we're on the same page as our customers from day one. As our Contact Center Agent said, if anything does change on your end and you can find a time that would work for you both, please do give us a call. We would be more than happy to get out there and leave you with that quote! Vista Home Improvement did a great job on our window, siding and gutter project! Even though we had a couple of issues, the team was responsive and worked with us to get it handled efficiently. Marc & his team were great to work with!

The meeting we had was very informative and the product specialist that came to showcase vista helped us understand everything that involves the company and the product that we arw purchasing which is windows. I love that the specialist was very lively and kind and had amazing humor but above all else he knew what he was talking about it didn't feel like he was selling a product but more like he was a friend giving my family a gift :)
