Waterbridge installed a boat lift for us, and Scott Gibson did a great job getting all the parts and people together. He was very responsive when we had questions and concerns, and was just an excellent person to work with!

My dealing with Waterbridge Contractors was excellent. Their quick response, a detailed estimate for either a repair or replacement and answering many questions. I highly recommend them.

Hi Kathie, Thank you for choosing us to work on your project and for sharing your experiences with Waterbridge.

Waterbridge reinforced our sea wall and constructed a new covered dock. They were very responsive and completed their work very quickly minimizing the disruption to us. The work itself was also of high quality. Scott Gibson managed our project and made sure we were satisfied with the work at each step.

I contracted with Waterbridge to shore up my seawall and to build a dock. Scott Gibson was not only knowledgeable but very responsive and a man of his word. The crews were excellent and completed the work in an efficient manner with quality workmanship I would definitely recommend Waterbridge to anyone looking for a contractor for this type of work.

Your response is fiction and not based on reality!!!!!! #1 I own 50% of shared dock and and have canceled check written to you. #2 I personally called and spoke with you multiple times. #3 after you did a substandard repair you returned bacause both my neighbor and I where unhappy. #4 at that time you blamed the work and agreed it was poor on subcontractor whom you used out of Conway #5 for additional money you would make it right , however we paid again and was not!!!!!!! #6 you used ground contact wood not green wood and your additional work was a joke, I can add pics!!! I agree your main point of contact was the neighbor because I live out of area however he was very elderly and you clearly took advantage of this point I would never handed u payment for this abortion. #6 this was after a small hurricane and your company was obviously in money mode take advantage while you can hense the subcontractor. Bottom line I don't like to leave bad reviews and I gave you every opportunity to fix this before this review....u didn't care. Now years later you respond ???? I'm answering because I was so screwed by you. Drive by your house everyday and know your history in automotive industry..... Your not a good guy. .
I redid this review because they had 1st one removed or cleaned off. Beyond poor! repaired walk way and it was crooked and unlevel...told my older neighbor we hadn't paid for perfect job. we paid additionally to get corrected and twice screwed...it was no better and we later realized they didn't use pressure treated lumber but ground contact wood in the inlet. They sub-ed the work and blamed it on them would not fix. The owner is former car salesman buy here guy.. Charge 30%apr or hose dock Buyers its the same job or taking peoples money unfairly and without caring. Beware!

We checked our project contract records for this job, and it appears our contract for this work was not with you, Mr. Winnie, but with your older neighbor who at the time owned the property where this work took place. Our client, the owner, your neighbor, asked us to straighten it as best we could since he indicated to us that he was selling his home. Thus, he budgeted to patch the problems rather than follow our warranty-backed recommendation, which was to replace the 20 year old walkway damaged in a storm in 2016. It looked like a roller coaster before our work began and the only long-term fix was replacement. Materials and services were limited by the budget he set for the project. Your neighbor was the only party to the contract with Waterbridge, so we are unaware of your financial involvement with your neighbor in this project. Your neighbor paid us under the contract for work performed on his property, and did not come back to us with any demands or complaints. The limited scope of this repair was contrary to our recommendations and without warranty, as requested by your neighbor, and as agreed under the contract with him. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the work we did on his property. However, it was performed within the limited budget he appropriated for the repairs prior to selling the home.

I would definitely recommend Waterbridge Contractors. They built my floating dock, deck and ramp with professional craftsmen using quality materials with "over the top" construction.

Professional organization with high technical skills. Had a bulkhead put in due to erosion, and it required uprooting palm trees and clearing roots. Trees were replanted, and the bulkhead has upgraded the yard considerably. Sod was laid and we are working towards a very nice back yard now. They provided all services complete, at a fair price - including obtaining correct permits and survey. Going forward, we would highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use again.
