The service here is very lazy and unsuccessful. Everyone who works here is very bad and lazy, including the doctors. Unfortunately, you have to come here seven times to solve your problem the eighth time.

If you're getting braces, DON'T GO HERE!!!!! The orthodontist is negligent with scheduling appointments. I've gotten my initial front braces on and teeth extraction done but it's been months since my last appointment! I haven't gotten the rest of the wires attached yet. Do you know what the secretaries say when I call to schedule an appointment?

"You're on the wait list. The orthodontist is new and hasn't scheduled an appointment yet." HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A SCHEDULE TO TAKE IN PATIENTS!!!! IT'S BEEN OVER 4 MONTHS SINCE MY LAST APPOINTMENT!!!!!

This is incompetence at best and dental negligence at worse. At this rate, it's going to make my braces take longer which they charge you for! I hope the orthodontist a horrible year.

Very rude personal. They even didn’t respond to my question when I asked the receptionist ladies. They were rude to me more than other people there and I definitely can tell that it was because I looked different from others by wearing head scarf; I felt so uncomfortable there. They deserve no star.

One of the worst dental offices , front desk is very rude and disrespectful, my appointments always get canceled because the doctor is very lazy to come to work, and every time they reschedule the appointment its always 2 months after the original appointment which means my braces will be on for a longer time which is not okay. I do not recommend this office for braces or any types of other dental situations.

This is place is very terrible and unprofessional. I have many appts cancel on me because doctor is to lazy to come into work. When they reschedule my appt i have to wait until the end of the mo th to get another appt. Like this is very unacceptable.

They keep you waiting for a long period of time. I called to reschedule an appointment and they had me on hold for almost 30 minutes and hung up on me.

I feel very comfortable at Western Dental. Everyone is cheerful and treat each person kindly whether they have a lot money or not.
