DO NOT rely on the front desk to accurately execute your requests let alone the basic conversation required to get your request across to them.

Paid for a room with 2 queen beds. These ppl are placing double beds in rooms and calling them queen beds. The bed is so small and it cannot even fit 2 people properly.The room is so small there is barely any space to walk around. Staff had attitude because I asked about why am I getting double beds for queen beds. Whoever owns this hotel is robbing people. Why are you placing double beds in rooms and calling them queen beds? Ridiculous!

Negative: I did not like sitting in the lobby for almost an hour past check in time.

Not a bad hotel

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Rude staff, especially with platinum members, the hotel is ok, rooms are spacious and clean, but the attitudes cause this place to dive bomb.
