Steve is not trustworthy, he wants cash up front.He has no license and is currently under investigation by state of Utah licensing and consumer protection. He apparently also has a substance abuse problem.He has 4 counts of fraud pending against him.He owes to former customers a total of $2500.00.Buyer Beware find someone who is reliable._Report
