I have been having my car serviced at Beyer KIA for several years. The quality of care and service is consistently top notch. Chris Prevatt, Service Manager, excels in customer service. He makes you feel special and valued as a customer. I can also count on the service advisors and car loaner representatives to provide friendly service. My husband and I are pleased with the repairs and maintenance that have been performed on our KIA Optima and have great confidence in this dealership.

It was my second time having my vehicle serviced at Beyer Kia and I loved it. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy about additional repairs either. In fact, they seemed more concerned about giving their customers the best experience possible. Out of all the car service shops I've been to, this place takes the cake for the best customer service. Despite having 2 kia service shops closer to my house, I will come back to this place for Kia-related servicing.

I actually bought my car from a different dealership but chose to get it serviced here and I'm so glad that I did. As soon as I got into the building, I was treated so nicely by all the staff. The service manager Chris is a very nice guy and knowledgeable with KIA cars. I won't be going anywhere else for service. Highly recommend Beyer KIA!! They finished servicing my car in less than an hour. Waiting room has drinks and snacks as well. Best experience I've ever had at any service center.

Visited the service department today and was provided superior service with a smile. We needed our license plate mounted and Bryan was most helpful, he went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommend Beyer Kia Service!
