Iam impressed with imperial auto body very impressed with the work and customer service, State Farm was trying to use used parts in my brand new vehicle but imperial auto body refused and told them since my car is a new vehicle they have to buy new parts, the work and painting was excellent, the shop looks awesome the customer service was awesome the two young gentleman Tigran and Calbert were so professional and helped me throughout the entire process and fought tooth and nail for me with my insurance to make sure all the work was done in a professional manner and new parts were supplied for the work. This is by far the best body shop in the dmv areaReport
