Add ReviewThe Valley Residential Program provided a therapeutic and life changing experience for me. The individualized treatment plan I received from my counselor and the informative groups were integral to my long term success. The plentiful outdoor space is a beautiful and tranquil place to spend personal time for reflection and engage in games and talk with other clients. There's even a pool and a gym. The amenities are amazing, but the program itself is even better. It is not a facility. The Valley is made up of a spacious campus like property where everyone resides in actual homes which are very well appointed. There really isn't anything like this place and I absolutely recommend it for anyone seeking help.Report

I love the Valley. They helped me out in my darkest moments of my life. The staff is so helpful and very knowledgeable. The director Brett is so nice that he called and talked to me everyday until I agreed to go to treatment. Then he even drove over an hour to come get me from my house and bring me to the Valley. The Valley allowed me to work on my substance abuse but also work on myself. I was able to be vulnerable and let my guard/walls down to really work on myself mentally and emotionally. I highly recommend if you have a substance abuse problem please call the Valley for help.Report
The guy who runs the place Brett is super disrespectful. First day I came he was cussing out a female and kicking her out for flirting with another dude. He would regularly address the patients in yelling manner using profanity found that very disturbing. The staff are mostly recovering addicts even the clinical team are 6 year clean I felt they were not qualified enough. The entire program is unorganized and I witnessed multiple staff get fired or leave within 18 days I was there . Advice to managment get rid of Brett his too aggressive and unapproachable when dealing with vulnerable addicts . If you want to live in fear go here.Report

the valley punches well above its weight class in what you can expect from an affordable rehab program. i am very thankful that i found it and had the chance to go. they helped me start my recovery journey with lots of positive momentum.Report

I was a broken shell of a person when I came to the valley and the staff there did so much for me. After a few weeks there, I felt like myself again. I also had a good time. This is a great program. The people who work there really care about the clients and do more than they have to to set them up for success. Ashley, Catherine, Greg, Charles and Al are especially great. If you have a substance use problem and are looking for a place where you can heal and get help to begin a new life this is it. If I could give it more than five stars I would.
