Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning

We had our semi-annual maintenance done today. Corey White was the technician that did the work. He was knowledgeable, highly professional courteous and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Holtzople.

Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning has been providing service on my residential system for several years now and doing an outstanding job keeping it operating in peak condition. But it was time to replace my 16-year-old system. My first call was to Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning. Matt Morris, Comfort Consultant came to my home and we discussed options and my expectations. Matt answered all of my questions in a way that were understandable, not highly technical. I asked Matt to prepare quotations for various options. About a week later, Matt returned with several quotations that would meet my needs. We discussed these in much greater detail. I selected the system that I thought was best for me. Matt immediately went into action to formulate his plan to replace my system, that was conveniently scheduled for me. About a week later, the Installation Team arrived on time and ready to go to work. Shane Breidenbach & Shaun Owens, both Installation Project Leaders immediately went into action. Before I knew it, my old system was completely removed and the new system installed and thoroughly checked out. I was very impressed that they accomplished this in only one day. Both Shane & Shaun were very well organized, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They worked extremely well as a team. Over the years, I have had many HVAC technicians in my home. None, have given me the high level of confidence and feeling that my HVAC system was in good hands, more than Shane and Shaun have. Their dedication, professionalism and competence are directly attributed to the fine work ethic, high standards and exceptional customer service of the Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning Company. We are new to the area and called Holtzople because they were the company that had installed the equipment for the prior owner. The prior owner knew what she was doing when she chose Holtzople as I couldn't have been happier with their service. The company sent Tim the same day I called and he was terrific. Besides fixing the problem, he took the time to explain my equipment to me (heat pumps were new to me) and showed me how to work the Trane thermostat. Tim was courteous, competent and patient. He was not in a hurry to leave the minute he got here as so many service people are these days. Its nice to have found our HVAC service provider.

Tim was my technician today. He called to let me know when he was coming, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He informed me I needed a new capacitor, what it did, and what my options were. I would highly recommend Holtzople, Tim, and all prior technicians who have serviced my heating and AC unit over the years.

These guys are great!!! On time, very professional and polite, I am a tenant and I feel comfortable having them in my home. Tim was awesome and I couldn’t recommend him or this company enough!!

Nothing but great things to say about Holtzople! We originally contacted them for heating repair to get us through a cold winter. Based on transparency, quality of work and turnaround time, we figured we would go with them for a heating replacement - and they didn't disappoint. Everyone from system diagnostics, to working with Justin to help us find the right unit based on our needs, to working with Bailey for system installation. 6/5 stars. Look no further than Holzople!

We were very satisfied with both the estimate experience where Tyler was very informative and answered all our questions and the installation. Tyler was very professional. On the day of installation the team of Brett and Jordan did a very good job. At the end Brett took the time to explain the system and answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend your business.

From start to finish Holtzople was (and is) a great company to work with. They answered my call right away and scheduled my heating maintenance promptly. Speak of prompt, Corey our tech, was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone! 5 star's!!
