I’ll defiantly use American Auto Shipping services again. Having my car shipped from Denver to Las Vegas went extremely well. From my first call to their service to car delivery everyone was completely helpful, courteous and professional. This was the first time I shipped my car, so all their timely updates on status and answers to my questions was greatly appreciated.

I “googled” best car shipping companies found American Auto Shipping … so I filled out a request for a quote. I immediately received the quote (no games) and shortly thereafter Andrew called me and very professionally answered all my questions. He did not put a bunch of pressure on me and gave me some time to decide. Once the decision was made to proceed everything was very easy. All correspondence were super prompt/timely via secure email and next thing I knew I was in touch with the driver and the rest was a breeze. Andrew checked in us a couple times and we appreciated his concern and follow through. Would totally recommend American Auto Shipping … especially if all reps are as awesome as Andrew.

The car was picked up the day right after I contacted the American auto shipping and was delivered when promised. The company was very good with communication throughout. I am very pleased with my experience

Andrew (and probably the whole company) is sleazy. I had a horrible experience last year with shipping my car and let him know I was very nervous to do it again. We agreed to go through with shipping, and I repeated on the phone SEVERAL times I will be LEAVING town on the 9th. He repeated it back to me multiple times, and even stated “we definitely need to pick it up before the 9th then, got it.” He told me it would be a five business day window for pickup, which I agreed to. The 8th rolls around and I hadn’t heard anything from them about when my car was getting picked up, and I was leaving the state the next day. I called them and Andrew basically was reading a script and kept telling me they only give a 90% chance of them picking it up, so I fell in the 10% of it not getting picked up in five business days. I repeated to him multiple times during booking that I was leaving the 9th, and he NEVER stated to me there would be a chance it wouldn’t be picked up by then. And if there was, why would he not recommend an earlier pick up date, since he KNEW I would be leaving the 9th? The ONLY thing they were willing to tell me is that I could upgrade for $500 more dollars to get it picked up in 24 hours. He told me to leave my car with a friend for them to handle it. I cancelled immediately and was so beyond frustrated and angry. They wouldn’t tell me a single thing about when it would even possibly be picked up. For all I know it could have been weeks longer. I took my business to Nexus Auto Transport and they picked my car up that SAME DAY and we’re actually nice people. Stay far away from this company, just money grabbers who don’t care about you.
