It was the first impression that led me to this company. Within an hour of using their website to generate a quote, I received a call asking if I was please with the quote and if I had any questions. At this time I didn't... I was still shopping around. I didn't get hassled after that like I did with other companies, sending me texts and emails to follow up on the quote - that is something I really appreciated. Eventually I made my decision to go with American Auto Shipping. The professionalism, insurance, and reimbursement of after-the-fact detailing was key. Once the contract let, the driver was in immediate contact. Showed up a few days early and worked with my designated pick-up person to find a time that was convenient and worked within their work hours. Communication through email was great, with updates and paperwork throughout the process. Final delivery occurred 1 day after the estimated time, which was no problem. Car was in the same spot on the trailer as it was when strapped in for the long haul. Driver was a true professional. Took time to understand the car, it's flaws and features, and treated it with dignity and respect. Ensured the entire transaction and transport was safe for the car and all those involved, to include himself. I definitely got the service I expected, paid for, and what was promised. Will 100% use American Auto Shipping in the future for any needs that arise.
One note to those choosing this company - when you specify your 'available date', the 5 day timer starts then - not when you place your order. Expectation management. I placed my order 5+ days from my available date not understanding this concept - that is fully on me and my misunderstanding. If you are in a time crunch, ensure you plan you available date and the date you really, truly need the car picked up accordingly.

With all the stress that one has moving across 3,000 miles, this company relieved all my concerns about transporting my car.

They picked up when they said they would, it arrived when they said it would and in perfect condition. And, the price was below other transport companies.
They’ve been in business a long time and I found them to be a high integrity company.
