I guess either the service agents get asked to push survey's or only this one was pushy. Let's just say saying the word awesome before every sentence is not needed. I am not sure to call this person (Kai) extremely polite or too polite to be real. But she got the job done in minutes. Happy to place an order.

Thirdy P. helped me with breast pump delivery. The employee was very helpful and explained all the details to me. Upon request, my shipment was expedited and received the pump next day after ordering it as I was due within 1 week of order. Very good service from Thirdy P.
