Bryan Healthcare can do it right, but when they don’t it makes you forget about all the good times. This past order has left me so frustrated I cannot recommend them to any future customers.

Byram always on time as to when supplies are needed. Xlnt on getting the supplies out to the customer in a timely manner. Great service!

I have been a customer of Byram since June when my son was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy and have relied on getting Puramino infant formula through your Byram warehouse. My most recent order was supposed to ship today and when I never got an email confirmation I called the customer service number. When I finally got to speak to a representative I was informed that the formula is back ordered and has a possible restock date of December 16th.

How do you not inform customers when their formula order is backordered?! If I had not called I would have never known and just would be sitting around waiting for my order to find it never would have arrived! What TERRIBLE customer service!! And to have your representatives responsible for dealing with customers not know if and when the formula will be restocked is absolutely unacceptable.  How do you call yourself a healthcare company and have complete disregard for your customers, let alone babies who rely on their prescription formula!!! I am absolutely livid and disgusted by this egregious lack of customer service and basic human decency.

Oh and see picture for how they ship their baby formula. Provide customers with dented cans that are unusable without sending a replacement!!!
