CMOE: Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness

On behalf of Search and Rescue Alberta, it has been a real pleasure working with CMOE on the recent Facilitation Skills training which we hosted for our membership!
Everything from the first contact to the discovery meetings and eventually the training itself, was professional and handled in a timely matter.
Our instructor, James Gehrke was engaging and extremely knowledgable, and the feedback from our membership has been absolutely positive!

I've purchased the "all courses" package. It's worth every dollar. The content is engaging and easy to digest. There are a lot of exercises to increase the transfer of knowledge. I highly recommend this institute to anyone who wants to develop their fundamental management skills.

Great experience. Our leadership team found value in the Talent Alignment assessment and enjoyed the debrief with Chris. The CMOE team was incredibly accommodating and customized the experience to fit our unique needs.

Working with CMOE is an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism, innovative, out-of-the-box approaches, and agility have been critical to our successful partnership with them. I attended coaching and leadership training with CMOE. It was really informative. It really helped to better align my team. I still use what I learned today.

I partnered with CMOE to get my team and I on the same page with the same set of skills. We attended one of CMOE's workshops and I am still reaping the benefits! The workshop was a great combination of classroom teaching and activities that helped me put it all into practice. When I would stumble over the principles, they would coach me on the ways I could adapt. Their workshop staff is well-trained and I use the principles they presented daily.

Going into this I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I’ve done plenty of leadership trainings before and didn’t get much from it. This was completely different from my previous experiences. I learned so much about what my natural leadership and communication styles are - along with the other leaders in our company. This training has made things so much easier when it comes to team collaboration. If I could give 6 stars I would.

C.M.O.E. is an instrumental partner in developing my organizations training & development programs, and highly recommended if your organization does not have a dedicated trainer on staff. Their instructor led training provide a huge value to our Sr. Leadership training, and is enjoyed by all staff.
