I had the opportunity to participate in a leadership training from CMOE on the topic of coaching and mentoring. CMOE's expertise and practical conversation models have been invaluable to me and our management group. Specifically, their insights on drawing out the ideas and knowledge of others through the Coaching TIPS2 framework has proved very helpful.
