Not sure how the rest of first star realty is. But Jill helped me navigate a few homes in Farmington heights and was very helpful and happy to help. Would highly recommend

April will be our 1 year in our home.
Got a letter today saying that the $1150.00 rent will be raised to $1295!!
After one year… wow. Knowing people don't want to have to move after a year, looks like they are taking advantage of their renters. Sad situation and Wouldn't recommend this company.

Hi Mark, we are sorry you are unhappy with the rent increase. We do try to give our tenants a few months notice that way if they need to make other arrangements they are able to. We show your lease is ending in April and are happy to discuss other property options with you if you would like. Please feel free to give our office a call if you would like to discuss other options and also tell us how we can improve our service.

Do not work with This company they scammed my family. We paid the application fee and they never called wether we were approved or denied. We called them multiple times to figure out what was going on and they didn't seem to know what they were talking about, and when we finally got someone to answer the man said they were too busy so they had him answering the phones I believe was a maintenance man. I should have read the reviews first.
