I would give these guys negative star if I had an option. They just make me wait more than 3 hours n never showed up. N when I called them, they were very rude n told me to cancel the order if I don’t wanna wait after 3 hours of waiting. I highly recommend everyone not to work with these guys if u don’t want to waste your time n money..

I reached to to them a few times and never heard back. What’s up with that.

Called to have ice machine part replaced. The quoted $2500 and said it was a 2 hour job and $100 part but they would charge over $1200 a hour because they knew how to repair it. What a joke, run from this company!

Nortech came to install a dryer vent for me. They
didn't come prepared with proper tools (had to run
to Home Depot) then had me run to the store for
even more parts & and extension cord. The hole
they drilled into the side of my house wasn't done
neatly and the dryer vent tube is crushed (meaning
I'll have to have another technician replace it in the
not so near future to prevent a fire hazard). The vent cover outside was poorly trimmed by them and is not even fully attached to the dryer vent hose. I don't
recommend this company for vent installation
especially as it cost over $500.

The problem was misdiagnosed and not repaired - it still has the same problem. The technician tried to prove to me that a part was working by using an electrical tester to show me, but he didn't understand how to use it. (I'm in the electrical/electronics trade.) He tried to convince me that it was working but it wasn't. I didn't want to argue because it was clear that he wasn't going to get anywhere.

I would give this company also know as Everett Appliance Repair no stars ,if you could do that and maybe you can, but since I was not sure I went with 1 star. Negative stars would be most appropriate We had an appointment with them to arrive anytime between 1 p.m. & 5 p.m. on Wed. 2/16/22. They said that they would send a text message when they were on their way. We had heard nothing by 4:50 p.m. that afternoon so we called them to find out when the person was coming. A woman answered with a toddler in the background which she was clearly paying more attention to then speaking with us. When we ask her when the repairperson was coming she said "I still see that he is still in service." We never heard a thing after that and no one arrived. The next day my spouse got a voicemail message from Tim saying "We scheduled your for earlier in the day today please call and let us know if that works for you." There was no apology or even any reference to them blowing us off the day before. Needless to say we did not use them. If they would even called to say he couldn't make it after all on Wednesday and could he come tomorrow / Thursday would have been better than the horrible customer service we received. Therefore, we suggest you NOT using this company!!!

I highly recommend this company and wanted to highlight the work of two of its employees: Julieta and Chi. Julieta is an incredible problem solver and went out of her way to find the screws that I need to install my microwave oven. The original installer used short screws, coupled with the builder of my home that improperly installed a panel which caused the microwave to be installed at an angle - the turntable would stop rotating. She would regularly call with updates and thanks to her, we were able to correctly installed the microwave. Chi is a model of perfectionism. He repaired a sensor malfunction, but noticed that the turntable was not rotating properly. He worked 6 hours to basically redo the panel and other upgrades. The microwave works like a champ thanks to him. They both went beyond and above with outstanding quality and exceptional service!
