Five different trips with no resolution; 3 major part replacements with only minimal difference. One tech, who we were told is an apprentice, has come out 4 of the times and on the most recent visit disassembled our Whirlpool fridge to install some major parts over a 4 hour period. Upon leaving we discovered that one (not both) of the doors was reinstalled crooked and does not close properly. After 2 days the freezer does not cool below 20 degrees (F). Prior to the fix, the freezer would cool to 15 degrees even though it was set to 0. Calls to the company are often not returned and voicemails left go unanswered. We received this "service" through a warranty we purchased from Sears. To be accurate, we did not contract directly with this company and based on our experience, we would not recommend that anyone contract with them.

On Wednesday, I called to make an appointment on friday from 1pm to 3pm. On friday, I called them back to make sure they were coming at 12:42pm and they said they canceled the appointment. And the man I called even have the guts to say he was about to call me? Who call their customer to cancel right before the appointment? What happened if I did not call them first? Are they going to let me waste the whole day waiting for them? If you feel like you have to cancel a customer appointment you should call them a day ahead or at least early in the morning since you guys open early at 8am! Very unproffesional!

Terrible service bordering scam. Called them to repair TV with broken backlight - gave details about what is working and how screen shows up when seen under flashlight. Provided exact model details. Technician shows ups for evaluation - does the same backlight tests, charges $150 to tell that backlight is not working and they will provide repair cost later. Still havent heard back about repair costs.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a company. If there was a zero star that would be my rating. The gentleman who runs the operation is unresponsive, not organized and 100% unprofessional (balmes you for his problems). He claims he will call you back, order the parts, and schedule a Tech to come out but he never actually does anything. If you want something done you have to hold his hand the whole way and follow up daily. I dont care if you are busy.. Be transparent and tell me when you will actually get back to someone and/or get the job done.

Last note! After three weeks of back and forth the Tech came out to my rental to "fix" the fridge and did absolutely nothing. I recieved a call an hour later saying that he was done but the fridge was still broken.

What a joke of company.

My Samsung television and they straight up told me it's going to cost as much for that TV as the repair will cost so that ended that thank you for being honest

We've had several problems with our Sears refrigerator and Nortech has solved all of them, but the problem we had recently was very difficult to diagnose, until Zaldy showed up, took the refrigerator apart and discovered that the fan was missing its mounting hardware. It was flopping around, causing icing problems and sending error codes. Zaldy solved the problem quickly and our fridge is operating like new! These guys are great. Thanks, Zaldy!!!

An absolute disaster - bait and switch like I have never seen before :-( I had a couple of issues with my BlueStar stove, and I called these guys based on seeing their name as a "Servicer" on the BlueStar website. The technician did an initial visit for $ 135 (which is fine), but came back with an estimate of nearly $ 1400 (!) for two specific parts and labor. They even went back on a promise of deducting the initial $ 135 from the overall cost if I followed through with the repair. When I talked to Norman (owner/major partner) on the phone, he was disrespectful and told me to go elsewhere. I then called another service provider At Your Service (marked as "preferred" service provider on the BlueStar). They fixed two disconnected wires (which likely happened during routine cleaning) in a single consultation that cost me $ 125, and everything was taken care of within 15 minutes.

The repairman Josh from Nortech was great. Diagnosed the issue with the fridge and got it fixed! Didn't give me any BS like the other repair company did or delayed the repair. He basically re-did the work that the prior repair company had supposedly done. Took him 4 hours to fix something that the other repair company couldn't in the 6 weeks they were working on the issue. I would highly recommend Josh and Nortech!
